Bring your confirmation to the front desk. Our front desk is open from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. If you arrive after 10 p.m., you must call 760-324-9911 and arrange for a key to be placed in a safe box outside the main entrance. There is not a 24 hour doorman. The Palm Springs area is the most famous desert playground in the world!
